We do not deal directly with medical aids, and request that patients settle their accounts with us prior to submitting their accounts to their medical aids for reimbursement. ICD-10 codes are utilised on all accounts to facilitate
reimbursement from medical aids. You will be reimbursed according to your
scheme rates and your medical savings.

We have facilities for credit card payments, but regret no American Express or Diners’ Club cards are accepted.

Treatment costs will vary according to the type/s of conditions and modalities used. More detailed costs can be supplied on request.

7h30 -  17h00            Monday, Wednesday, Thursday
8h00 -  17h00            Tuesday, Friday
Closed on Saturdays

We strive to be able to accommodate patients within 24 hours of making an appointment. However, if specific times are requested, especially early mornings, or late afternoons, which are more popular times, patients may have to wait to be accommodated.
